Fashion Week starts tomorrow!

Or should we more appropriately call it Fashion Month. Anyway, Fashion Week for NYC starts tomorrow, coinciding with Valentine's weekend. Last year, you'd find me online constantly. Obsessively checking Style.com for page after page of runway updates. Not so this year! Because of an Internet crack down at work, many sites are now blocked for me, including Style.com. I'll be checking them at home this nice, LONG weekend though. Also, if you haven't heard (living under a rock?), the economy has hit the industry pretty hard. Designers are opting out of doing shows at the tents and are finding different venues or are simply just doing presentations. Scheduling for cities post-NYC has been a bit snarly, as well. Well, I hope there are some positive highlights this year. I'll be updating with news and notes and photos for the next month. Expect lots of fashion posts! Below some of my faves from last year.
