Rodarte & JCrew - Something in Common?

So I was reviewing the Rodarte looks again, and I noticed a skirt that looked familiar to me. I had just finished reading the review over at JCrew Aficionada, so it was fresh on my mind. Granted the colors are slightly different, and the JC version doesn't have all the extras going on in Rodarte's version, but very similar, no?
